Happy Mother's Day to one hott Mother, and Grandmother! Here is to the woman who will drive 10 hours to see her children, simply because she wants to... To the lady who has 3 girls that continuously call and feel the need to update her on every detail from their day... To the Grandmother who is also known as a baby whisperer... To the friend who goes out of her way to use her sewing, painting, and crafting gifts to provide a favor (or two)... To the sister who welcomes in new additional members to the family... To the Aunt who makes you laugh with her special dance moves... To the neighbor who was always first to volunteer for lead carpool driver... To the photographer who taught her daughters to document everything... To the landlord who has given so many a place to stay... To the ex-wife that remains a friend... Here is to the mother of Whitney, Lindsay, Lacey, and Billy. I raise my glass to you and thank my lucky stars each and everyday I was blessed with a mother and friend like you. Thank you for always listening, never judging, and continuously supporting my decisions. I love you, Mom.
As a special treat to my mother - below is a reading of the posting I created for her 60th birthday back in September. She says I tend to mumble and occasionally talk too fast, so I tried my best to read slow and clearly. She also has many of my commercials and show segments saved to her computer from my radio days, so what's one more? Like I said, we document everything.
